People walking on a wide path with long buildings either side. The path is directly in the centre of the print and the top of a snow covered mountain is visible in the distance. The rest of the mountain is covered by clouds.

Suruga-Chō is the name of the district. A fabric shop called Mitsui runs on both sides of the street and disappears into the clouds under Mount Fuji.
